More transatlantic flights are coming

The airline’s first transatlantic flights with the Airbus A321LR took place in August 2021, and until now, JetBlue had only flown to London Heathrow and Gatwick. The airline is set to offer flights from Boston and New York to Paris, but details of the Boston-Paris route have yet to be announced and will only be added towards the end of this year. The daily nonstop flights between New York and Paris will start on June 29th, and the Airbus A321LR will fly the route, which takes almost eight hours in the eastbound direction and approximately nine hours in the westbound direction.

Tickets for the new route are available for purchase now, with prices starting at €455 for economy class and €1,800 for business class for round-trip flights from New York. For travelers departing from Paris, economy class prices start at €379 for round-trip flights, while business class fares start at around €1,232. JetBlue’s CEO, Robin Hayes, stated that the airline offers something completely unique compared to the high-fare joint ventures operated by the big global legacy airlines on these routes. He further added that the response to their London service is proof that combining great service with low fares works, and they are excited to bring their reimagined Mint and core offerings to Continental Europe’s most visited city.
